We are thrilled to announce a new One Week Yoga & Fitness Retreat with Jessica Chin & Michael J. Clark on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain.

From June 28th to July 5th Jessica and Michael will guide you through daily Morning Vinyasa or Pilates Fusion sessions that will nourish your body, mind, and soul.

You’ll be able to dive deeper with three Workshops that will help you build strength and help you understand, refine, and find balance.

Jessica and Michael believe that a mindful yoga practice can be a vehicle for meaningful change and transformation of the body, mind, and soul. They hope to share their knowledge and offerings of inspiration and passions to enable students in the discovery, possibility, and actuality of yoga (both on and off the mat).

Set in the heart of the Balearic Sea, Mallorca offers breathtaking landscapes, pristine beaches, and a serene ambiance ideal for a rejuvenating retreat. The event will take place at a peaceful venue immersed in natural beauty, providing an excellent backdrop for stepping away from everyday stress and reconnecting with your inner self.

Alongside transformative sessions, participants will have plenty of free time to explore the stunning surroundings, savor local cuisine, and engage in optional activities such as hiking, beach visits, or simply unwinding by the pool.

All levels of yogis and fitness levels are welcome!

ABOUT TEACHER

Jessica Chin

Jessica fell in love with yoga after her very first class and her love for yoga has only grown more profound with time. She was recovering from injuries when she reluctantly came to her first yoga class and immediately felt a difference in her body.

She completed Kula Yoga Project’s 200-hr Teacher Training with Schuyler Grant and Nikki Vilella; and in 2016, she completed Kula’s 75-hr Advanced Teacher Training. In 2017, she completed the Sacred Fig’s 75-hour Advanced Teacher Training in Biomechanics with Jules Mitchell and Rebecca Ketchum. Jessica loves moving to the metronome of the breath and my classes are alignment-focused, creative, intelligent, and dynamic. In 2024, she completed the Equinox Pilates Mat Certification.

Jessica is an Equinox yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2016. Having celebrated 5 years with Equinox, Jessica teaches creative, dynamic, intelligent, and thoughtful yoga classes. She also teaches various Equinox Signature programs including Sonic Meditation, Best Stretch Ever, Yin Yoga Meditation, and Sculpted Sculpted Yoga™; and in 2024, she completed the Equinox Pilates Mat Certification.

Michael J. Klark

Michael is a ROCK STAR! He started as a dancer working with Beyoncé and performing in two Broadway Tours which fueled their love of fitness. Having been with Equinox for 13 years, Michael has helped develop various Equinox Signature programs including Sculpted Yoga™, Bala Bangle Barre Burn, Dance/Sculpt, and more! He is the winner of the 2023 Group Fitness Brand Ambassador Award; and currently the Group Fitness Manager of Hudson Yards, the flagship.

ACCOMMODATION

A luxurious and very spacious villa situated in the south of Mallorca, the perfect place to retire yourself from the outside world in absolute comfort.

The Villa has beautiful gardens around with palm trees, olive trees, and so many beautiful plants and flowers whose colors are changing every hour.

It has a large swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and cozy corners to chill out, meditate, or just observe the beauty of nature.
